We know you’re excited about clean carpets. We want everything to go very smoothly. So please read and follow these “Getting Ready” suggestions:
Please remove any small items such as dining room chairs, magazine racks, floor plants, etc. from any carpet or tile areas that are going to be cleaned.
Please remove all breakable items from furniture which will have to be temporarily moved, cleaned under, and placed back. We will move the larger items such as sofas, tables, and chairs.
Please pin up any full-length draperies and tuck in any bedskirts so that they will be at least 6 inches off the floor.
Computer equipment, china cabinets, entertainment centers, antique and fragile furniture cannot be moved. However, we do have special edging tools that allow us to clean right up next to the item without you removing the contents.
During your pre-inspection walk-through with our team, please advise us of any special requirements to follow when moving your furniture, such as weak legs, loose tops or previous repairs. Please point out any “special areas of concern” on the carpet such as spots or stains. Also, please point out any carpet repairs or carpet seams we should be careful with.
For your pet’s peace of mind (and ours!) please put them in a safe place where our cleaning won’t disturb them. There is a lot of excitement for animals during the cleaning process, and we want them to have a calm, quiet place to go.
A special note about pet urine odors:
We do everything possible to reduce or eliminate pet odors. However, due to the depth of contamination, 100% success may not be attained. You may notice an elevated odor until dry.
For safety sake, be sure to keep an extra close eye on your curious little ones.
In most cases we will park in your driveway, please leave the spot closest to the front door open. If you will be leaving, please pull your car out of the garage so we don’t block you in.
